We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request or initiate a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return or an exchange for a different size, contact us directly at info@vieillesames.com. Please specify your order number. Once the return or exchange is initiated, we will send you a return shipping label. Please note that all exchange labels are offered, while return labels must be paid for by you*. You will receive a payment link along with the return label.

*As we offer free shipping, we cannot also take on this free return charge as we are a very small company

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Items on sale/soldé can only be returned for store credit. Gift cards are non-returnable nor refundable.

Custom products or personalized items cannot be returned nor refunded.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in the full amount of the item returned. Original shipping costs will not be credited or refunded when returning items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, usually around 3-4 business days.
