Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders placed on Friday after 2pm CET will be processed the beginning of the following week.

US CUSTOMERS: Please note that due to time zone differences, all orders placed from the US after 12pm EST will officially start the processing process the following day.

Shipping Rates to Europe and France

All orders placed in Europe will be expedited with Colissimo. Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and displayed at checkout.

All orders above 250€ placed in France will be shipped for FREE by Colissimo. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days after order processing.

If your order is urgent, you can choose Chronopost to be delivered between 24-48 hours after order processing time. Same day shipping is possible if order is placed before 12pm and you communicate your urgency in the order comment section.

Local delivery (Nice)

*For any customers in the PACA Region, specifically Nice, you can opt to pick up locally or organize a free local drop-off instead of using Colissimo.

Deliveries are made from 12pm-6pm Monday through Friday. Please leave a detailed message at checkout and we will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to organize the drop off or pick up.

In-store pickup

When we have a local pop-up, we offer free local pickup at the location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day, excluding Sunday and Monday. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our normal in-store pickup hours at Pop-Ups are from 10am to 7pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping (US)

We offer international shipping to the United States.

Shipping to the US is expensive which is why we try to offer some solutions wherever possible.

We are currently offering FREE Fedex express economy shipping on any order from 350€. Otherwise, you have several options:

1. FedEx Express Economy, which arrives in 4-6 business days is our preferred shipping option. It costs us more, but we offer a flat rate of €28.

2. UPS Express, If you need your order quickly, you can select UPS International Express, which will arrive between 24 and 48 hours depending on which coast you are on. It costs us more but we offer a flat rate of €45.

Once orders are shipped, all orders are updated with tracking numbers and confirmations are sent by email.
